Are Big Oil and Automakers trying to kill Tesla?

This podcast video presents very compelling argument that Tesla is the best car in the world and that the big oil and automakers are trying to get it killed through stock shorting. Hmm we have seen this before. Seems to be coming around again as the reality of a superior electric car is upon us and Tesla competitors like GM, BMW, Audi, and VW have not even come close to matching the quality of the Tesla, especially the new $40k Tesla 3.
