Unify gravity and electro-magnetism?

Scientists present New Unified Field Theory – Completes Einstein’s quest for a way to unify gravity and electro-magnetism

A Theory Unifying Gravity and Electromagnetism, the two long range forces of nature, has been presented by Dr. John Brandenburg , a plasma physicist at a Symposium on String Theory Phenomenology at the University of Wisconsin in Madison Wisconsin.

This new unified field theory yields a highly accurate formula of one of the most important physical constants in the Cosmos: The Newton Gravitation constant “G”.

Dr. Lance Williams of Konfluence Research , a physicist who has studied Brandenburg’s formula for “G”, commented: “The formula for G is remarkable because, it is simple, has no free parameters, and yet is accurate to a part per thousand. No other theory predicts G to such accuracy” The formula links the relative strengths of gravity and electromagnetism between subatomic particles to the existence of hydrogen, the most abundant element known in the universe.

The unification theory, called simply the GEM theory, from the words Gravity Electro-Magnetism, completes the quest of Einstein, who labored until his death to unify gravity and electro-magnetism.

“Albert Einstein, was basically right that the two fields could be unified, however, Albert rejected quantum mechanics , and unfortunately, a key to understanding how gravity and EM are linked is the Zero-Point Energy , which is a quantum effect”.

Retired Defense Science Analyst Paul Murad, who oversaw several conferences on gravity waves and is familiar with Brandenburg’s GEM theory, said this: “The GEM unification theory is one of the most promising of new theories being developed on this subject. It has important implications to military defense and space travel. ”

The theory links gravity to an effect widely known in plasma physics called the “E X B” drift which effects all particles the same, and is similar to the radiation pressure exerted by light.

Among the predictions of the GEM theory is that gravity can be modified directly by strong electro-magnetic fields, leading to anti-gravity technologies, and that even wormholes for warp drive may someday be created electro-magnetically.

Another odd prediction of the GEM unification theory is that the universe runs on the number “42.85…” which was made popular in the Science Fiction book series “Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy”.
